Chapter 44 pages 1452 - 1515 These pages cover introductory information, the play A Raisin in the Sun and an essay on Hansberry's art.
Rent and watch the film "A Raisin in the Sun." Try the Sierra College library. You should also be able to find it at a local video store. ARC, Sac City, and CSUS also have it--I think you have to watch it there, but I'm not sure. You might try public libraries as well.
Please note: every semester one or two students write essays based on one of the film versions rather than on both reading the play and watching the film--this is cheating, and it is always clear in these essays that the play has not been read.
