Writing Assignments

On Monday, submit Short Fiction Exploratory paper to the discussion forum on Blackboard (Short Fiction Exploratory Workshop).  Also submit to me via digital drop box (use attachment) and email (copy and paste).  Don't forget the heading and the paragraph numbering.

(1) Post replies to the Week Three Discussion and keep discussion going through this week and the next.

(2) By Thursday, Feb. 9 at 10 PM, complete reviews of your classmates' exploratory papers  There are specific instructions on the board.


Reading  Quiz

Take the Short Fiction Quiz on Blackboard located under the Course Documents link.  The quiz will test your close reading of the short stories, through this week. You have only one try for this quiz and twenty minutes to answer the questions.  The quiz will be available from Monday of this week through Sunday of next week, 14 days total.  Make sure you follow all instructions very carefully. There are no retakes, and if you exceed the time allowed, the system will lock you out of the quiz.  Be prepared: Quiz points add up!
